Hi, I'm Patricia. I'm glad you are here.
I’m a daughter, spouse, mom and a compassionate, non-judgmental therapist with 8 years in community mental health. I am a therapist with my own lived experiences. Previously I spent over 15 years in the medical field. I knew I always wanted to help people heal and grow whether it was physically or mentally.
I focus on depression, anxiety, and trauma processing, and I’ve worked with people of all ages, LGBTQ+, backgrounds, and mental health diagnoses. I serve teens and adults throughout Colorado.
My approach is trauma-informed, gentle, and grounded in understanding. I care deeply about seeing people make changes and grow, while honoring how hard and brave that kind of inner work can be.
